Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase the Product.

FocusForge is a productivity offering designed around a more structured and deliberate approach to work. We do not guarantee any specific result, level of productivity, income, or outcome from its use. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances.

FocusForge is offered at $39 per week, billed on a recurring weekly basis until cancelled. The final amount, applicable taxes, and payment details are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Payments are processed by a third-party checkout provider. We do not store your full card details. Your purchase is only complete once the checkout provider confirms the payment.

Cancellation and refund conditions are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Your use of the Product is subject to our End User License Agreement. You agree not to:

• resell, share, redistribute, or publicly publish the Product or your access to it;
• copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Product, except as permitted by law;
• use the Product for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

The Product, the FocusForge and RAR Digital names and logos, and all website content are owned by RAR Digital or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license described in the EULA.

To the extent permitted by law, the Product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAR Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in the four (4) weeks preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the Product and cancel your subscription at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Ipatinga, Minas Gerais, Brazil, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file a claim in their own place of residence where applicable law grants this right.
