End User License Agreement

Subject to your active subscription and compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Product for your own personal or internal professional purposes.

You may not:

• share your access, credentials, or materials with others;
• sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Product;
• copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works from it;
• decompile or reverse engineer the Product, except where permitted by law;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding.

The Product is licensed, not sold. RAR Digital and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Product, including all intellectual property rights.

We may update, modify, or improve the Product from time to time. This EULA applies to any updates unless they come with separate terms.

This license remains in effect while your subscription is active. It ends automatically when your subscription ends or if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Product.

To the extent permitted by law, the Product is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from its use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAR Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Product. This does not limit rights granted to you by applicable consumer protection laws.

This EULA is governed by the laws of Brazil, as described in our Terms of Service.
